CSU Port Macquarie students raise $5000+ for cancer

Four paramedic students at Charles Sturt University (CSU) in Port Macquarie had their heads shaved to raise money for charity on Tuesday 5 May.

Bachelor of Clinical Practice (Paramedics) students Ms Taylor Mclean, Mr Dane Rickwood, Ms Gemma Tobler and Ms Erika Williamson shaved their heads as part of the World’s Greatest Shave to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.

So far the brave students have raised more than $5000, with at least $200 raised from a bake sale during the shave.

The Port Macquarie students are still looking for donations – dig deep and support your peers by visiting their donation page so we can find a cure for cancer!
