Would you like to have your say on what goes on within the teaching and research areas at CSU? Do you feel you can make CSU a better place to learn and explore? If this sounds like you, we have the perfect position for you.

A Postgraduate Student Representative position has become available on the Academic Senate and we want you to apply!

The Academic Senate is responsible for all matters relating to teaching, scholarships and research. The Senate also ensures high quality teaching, learning and research within CSU by developing and implementing appropriate policies.

What’s in it for you?

As a representative on such a significant committee, with your vital input, you can ensure the voice of the student body will be heard.

You will be required to attend and contribute to only five meetings per year in Albury, Bathurst and Wagga. Don’t stress about your travel arrangements, the Manager of the Academic Senate will sort it all for you.

Get in quick, applications close Friday 18 December.

If you are interested in applying, contact Jean Ryan, Student Liaison Officer (Engagement), Office for Students via jeryan@csu.edu.au for an application form.

The Postgraduate Student Representative is a current vacancy until 30 June 2016, at which time elections will take place to select candidates for the next two year term.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to represent your peers! Be the student voice!
