One of the major perks of studying online is that Orientation comes to you!
CSU is offering over 70 online presentations to help you get prepared for study. There are also some specific sessions for particular courses, where you can meet the Course Director and find out what’s expected during your studies.
You don’t have to worry about finding the right room on campus or decide what to wear, plus joining an online session gives you great info as well as the chance to practice using online tools.
Here’s a taste of what’s on offer during the Session 2 Orientation online activities:
Academic Success orientation
You’ll need a strong foundation of literacy and numeracy skills throughout your course. Here you’ll find out about our handy resources, get tips on how to improve your results, and get to know the services available as a CSU student.
Online Orientation workshops
It’s important you can find your way around CSU’s online environment. Get some tips on accessing your study materials, doing library research and finding the services you need in CSU’s web environment.
Manage your time for success
As an online student, we know study isn’t your only priority. Our time management tips will help you balance your work, family and other commitments while working towards obtaining your degree.
