What’s included?
- Academic transcripts – provided on a request and purchase basis before graduation
- Graduation package – on your ceremony date, you’ll receive an academic transcript within your Australia Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) for free, and your Testamur
- Non-award study – if you’re completing single subject study or cross-institutional study, your academic transcript will be available after grade release
- Certified transcripts – if you need it certified before graduation, you can purchase one. If not, your online transcript lists all your subjects and the grades you received
Timing is everything:
When you request your transcripts is important because they are not assessed by student services for grade or study status. So, make sure you can tick off this list:
- Have you paid all outstanding debts? Your debt needs to be cleared for your transcript to be released
- Have the grades been officially released yet? Hold off ordering until grade release date, otherwise your grades will show ‘TA,’ like your online transcript
- Are you officially approved to graduate yet? Wait until the approval process is complete if you want a compete transcript with all grades and the ‘graduated student’ status – now that’s official!
