Uni can be an overwhelming place to know where to find out information or ask any questions that you have. So, here are the core contacts who can give you help for all things CSU, both online and on-campus, in one place!

Course Directors and Lecturers:

For any queries regarding your degree or subjects, your Lecturers are your first point of call. If they are unsure or you need to know something about your general course, then you can contact your Course Director.

Their contacts will be available in your subject outline, on Interact2 and in the CSU Handbook.

Counselling services:

If you are having a hard time with any aspect of Uni life or in your personal life, each campus has a counselling service that you can access freely.

Student Liaison Officers:

These people are dedicated to giving you support on campus, as well as giving you insider tips on living and learning at CSU. Whether it be clubs, disability services, sport, finance support, mentoring or online study, the SLO’s will have you covered.

Division of Student Services:

This is a service at CSU that is committed to enhancing each students’ university experience with a combination of academic and social integration to help you successfully transition into university life. Contact them to find out about ALLaN, Earn As You Learn, Study Link and more!

Student Central:

This is your one-stop shop for advice, answers, help and resources. Student Central is available on-campus, online and over the phone. If you think of a question out of hours or are an online student, you can also contact AskCSU and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can also visit the website, search Contact Student Central for answers to more than 1100 FAQs or phone them on 1800 275 278.

Residential Advisors, Residential Tutors:

If you are living on-campus, you have a great support crew right outside your door, including your Residential Advisor (RA) and Residential Tutors (RT).

Your RA is available to you pretty much 24/7 and is there for crisis support, questions you have no matter how big or small and for a chat if you need. Your Residence RT is there for any academic help you need from referencing, timetabling and assessment help.
